Dear Nara's friends,
Since 2003, I'm the president of a France-Japan NPO called « Taikobashi ». Its aim is to promote Japanese culture and to create links between Haute-Provence and Japan. I'm coming this year for try to set up an international project with the TASK
(Traditional Arts School of Kyoto).
About my personal career, I worked many years for cultural office of different local authorities, organizing and promoting various kind of events (concerts, exhibits, lectures, shows...).
Three years ago, I decided to create in Provence my own little company of communication consulting, public relations, advertising and events.
Modestly, I try to use my experience to serve the « Taikobashi » projects around this Japanese culture that I love so much. I especially enjoy Nara and Kansai.
I'm very attached to the diversity and the gratitude of the cultural legacy of each country, thinking that Japan is not only Tokyo
and France is not only Paris...
I'm looking forward to be in Japan
and I'm pleased to have a chance to meet the members of your club.
See you soon,
Marc TIMI
